This session will provide a high-level overview of how AGC’s programs align across different stages of development—from foundational learning through advanced leadership—including:

• PMDP (Project Management Development Program)
• Construction Project Manager Course (PMC)
• Leadership for Project Executives (LPEC)
• Advanced Management Program (AMP)

You will hear directly from program instructors who have taught across these programs as they discuss how roles evolve from managing projects to leading teams, making higher-level decisions, and influencing organizational outcomes.

We will also highlight AGC’s newest program—Leadership for Project Executives (LPEC)—a two-day experience designed to address the critical transition between PMC and AMP for professionals stepping into broader leadership responsibilities.
