Description
The Construction Leadership Committee (CLC) wants to help cultivate the next generation of leaders in the construction industry. Grow your knowledge base on the importance and basics of bonds and financials.
This training will help users gain a basic understanding of surety bonds – what they are used for, why they are important/required on public projects, what surety companies look for in a company when providing performance/payment bonds, etc. It will also give an introduction to financial statements, how to read/understand them, and how they play a role in your company's backlog and bond capacity. Additionally, this training will address the importance of risk management in construction, the roles and responsibilities of a superintendent, and what loss control reps look for.
