Work/Life balance is a constant struggle. Mental health impacts both our personal AND professional lives. The more we learn about the brain and our response to trauma exposure, the more we realize that it needs attention and care. Our mental well-being directly impacts our physical well-being. This workshop will allow participants to examine how they may be exposed to mental health challenges as well as first and secondhand trauma. The sessions will provide immediate opportunity for tools to help manage the impact of stress and trauma in our daily lives and discussions about how it can impact interpersonal relationships and safety in the workplace.
